Introduction

My family loves these quick and easy chicken tenders. They are baked not fried so they are a healthy alternative. I have a family of 6 so this makes quite a bit. Ingredients

    2 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
    8 eggs separated, whites only
    one package of hidden valley ranch dressing mix
    one bag of garden salsa sun chips

Directions

Separate egg whites into a mixing bowl. Stir in ranch dressing mix with egg whites. In a separate bowl crush entire bag of sun chips. Dip thawed chicken tenders into egg white mixture and then roll in chips. Place on a greased baking sheet. Repeat until all tenders are coated and then place pan in 350 degree oven for approximatey 30 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
