Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/4 c. canned pumpkin (chilled)
    1 small frozen banana
1/2 c. chopped and cleaned kale (promise you cannot taste it at all!)
1 small container of Oikos Greek Yogurt (its 5.5 oz)
    1 tsp bee pollen + 1/4 c. water
    1/8 c. orange juice
dab of sweetener (I use stevia)
    3-6 ice cubes
Dash of pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, all spice, and ginger to taste

Directions

Prep and combine all ingredients in the blender. Can garnish with nutmeg (makes in taste even more like a PAIN KILLER-- minus the liquor and the fattiness!)
