Introduction

Ingredients

    1 La Tortilla Factory Low Carb High Fiber Whole Wheat tortilla, Large
    1 wedge Laughing Cow Light Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 c frozen chopped spinach, thawed and dried
    2oz Cooked, cubed chicken breast
    1 Large Artichoke heart (from canned with water), chopped
    1/4 c 2% Reduced Fat Mozzarella, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.
Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Bake tortilla only for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from oven, and leave oven on.

Combine cheese wedge, sour cream, and garlic powder to taste. Spread on baked tortilla. Layer on mozzarella, spinach, artichoke and chicken. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes, or until toppings are hot and cheese melted.

Cut into 6 pieces with pizza cutter or knife.

Makes 2 servings as appetizer, or 1 serving as a small meal.
