Ingredients

    1 cup Flour
    1 cup Protein Powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Nutmeg
    1 15 oz can of pumpkin
    1/2 cup of chocolate chips
    1 tsp salt
    2 egg replacements
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    2 tbsp Earth Balance

Directions

Mix Dry ingredients in one bowl

Mix wet ingredients in other bowl

Mix together and bake in loaf pan or muffin pan for 45-60 minutes in a 350F oven.

    Has anyone tired this recipe? It looks good but I'm trying to find out what the earth balance is ie soy milk, butter, peanut butter, or almond butter. Can someone help. Thanks - 2/7/12
