Ingredients

    3/4 cup of quaker oats
    1.25 lbs of lean 85% ground beef
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1/3 cup of ramano grated cheese
    2 tbsp parsley (I use fresh) finely chopped
    2 tbsp cilantro (I use fresh) finely chopped
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup or 1 med red bell pepper - finely chopped
    1 large egg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl once all veggies are chopped up
Transfer well mixed ingredients into a 8X4 bake pan
Cook for 60 mins
Let cool for 5 mins and serve!
