Ingredients

    2 Cups of Immitation crab meat, fully cooked
    1 Cup fresh, chopped broccoli
    1 Cup fresh, chopped carrots
    1/2 Cup fresh, diced celery
    2 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
    2 Tbsp of soy sauce
    1 Clove of garlic, diced

Directions

Spray down skillet with fat free spam or cooking spray.
Place garlic in skillet over medium heat.
Add Broccoli, Carrots, and Celery to skillet.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often for apprx 10 minutes.
Once vegetables have reached prefered softness add crab meat.
Crab meat should be fully cooked as it comes packaged.
Add crab meat, soy sauce & lemon juice. Stir well but gently to not rip apart the chunks of crab meat.
Cook all together 2-5 minutes.

Serves 2 - 4.

    Very Good
    Turned out quite nicely. I substituted a garlic clove for a cup of mushrooms. And then stirred in some pre-cooked chicken flavored rice a roni. Great recipe! =] - 1/20/11
