    Incredible!
I will DEFINITELY these make again. I had no idea apple juice could be used in a cookie recipe! I added one thing that is usually in cookies that I wonder if it was forgotten - 1 tsp baking soda? Oh, and I added 6 tbsp ground flaxseed for extra fibre, and chopped dates. Fabulous! - 2/18/09

    Incredible!
I made them without the chocolate chips and they were still awesome! I added some raisins to some too. Thank you :) - 8/3/08

    Incredible!
They were a hit at the office and at home. I usually have to add extra chocolate chips to any cookie recipe, but not this one. However, I doubled the cinnamon which was just right for us. Also, we liked that the sugar was kept to a minimum -- not too sweet and more healthy! A really good recipe! - 12/23/07
