    8 boneless chicken thighs
    16 oz. salsa
    1/2 C peanut butter
    2 tsp ginger
    2 tbsp lime juice
    2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce

Directions

Place ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hrs. Serve over brown rice.
