Ingredients

    1 lb lean pork loin chops (4) 2 cups undrained Sauerkraut
    1 med Fuji apple peeled, cored and sliced
    1/2 med onion diced
    1 TBS olive oil

Directions

Season chops with pepper and garlic. Heat oil in skillet and brown chops. Place on dish add onion and apples to skillet and brown. Add Sauerkraut and mix well. Place chops on top and simmer for 20 min. Enjoy
