Introduction

This is a great recipe for entertaining, bake sales or just to have some and freeze the rest. I've change the original recipe. I've exchanged 1 cup of sugar & 3/4 cup oil for 1 cup unsweetened apple sauce & 2 tbs of oil. Change from baking soda to all baking powder and no extra salt added. Ingredients

    2 cups flour
    1 cup graham flour
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    1 tsp cinnamon
    4 tsp baking powder
    4 eggs
    2 cup pumpkin - 1 16oz can
    6 oz bag hershey's semi sweet chocoloate chips

Directions

Bake at 375 degrees, mix ingredients, pour in mini muffin pans with paper wrappers, regular muffins, or 2 bread pans

Cook until tops slightly browned:
96 mini-muffins (nutrition calculated for these), cook 20 minutes.
24 large muffins, cook 25-30 minutes
2 bread loafs, cook 30-35 minutes, approx 24 servings
each.
*Can sprinkle with confectionary sugar after removed from oven, this is not in the caloric count.
