Ingredients

    Ground turkey --1 ˝ lbs extra lean
    Egg—1 lg
    Salt--1 tsp
    Ground black pepper--1 tsp
    Onion --1/2 cup
    Green apple--1 peeled and shredded
    Sharp cheddar (2%) --1/2 cup shredded
    Craisins--1/2 cup

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground turkey with the ingredients. Make golf-sized meatballs, and drop them into crockpot. Cover and cook - on high for 4 hours, or on low for 8 hours.

Makes 10-12 meatballs.
Serves 5-6.
