Introduction

Ingredients

    1 bag fresh cranberries
    1 medium fresh orange
    2 granny smith apples,peeled and cored and slices
    1 20 oz can crushed pinneapple in juice, undrained
    1 20 oz can mandarin oranges in light syrup, draind and rinsed
    1/4 cup sugar(more or less according to taste-I like it tart, can also use a sugar sub)

Directions

In food processor rough chop cranberries, dump into large bowl, then rough chop apples add to cranberries, then rough chop mandarin oranges, add to cranberries and apples. dump in pinneapple in juice and sugar. Zest fresh orange into the bowl then juice the orange into to the bowl. Stir. Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.1/4 cup is a serving
