Ingredients

    Carrot cake mix - dry
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    2 lg eggs
    .5 c. chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. water
    2/3 c. craisins

Directions

Makes 24 2 " muffins.
Combine all ingred. Mix at low 30 sec. and then med. for 20 min.
Bake at 350 for 18-22 min.
