Ingredients

    1 lb cod fish chopped
    1 cup cheddar cheese
    1 egg
    4 scallion chopped
    1/2 cup flour
    salt and pepper
    1 cup bread crumbs

Directions

Mix fish, scallion and cheese together in large bowl, add flour and beaten egg, salt and pepper. mix well, put in 1/8 measuring cups and roll in bread crumbs.
