    1 ready crust reduced fat
    2 boxes lemon pudding sugar free fat free
    2 cups skim milk
    2 TLB. lemon juice
    8 oz tub cool whip free

Directions

mix pudding lemon juice and milk until well blended. spread 1 cup on crust mix the rest of pudding mix with 1/2 cool whip spread on next top with remaining cool whip

    Very Good
    I made this today for our grilling dinner. It was fast and easy to throw together. I did add a little more lemon juice, trying to cover the heavy aspertame flavor. But, once I added the cool whip, it covered it quite nicely. Next time, I won't make a first layer, just the last two. Tasted great! - 6/27/10

    Made this for Thanksgiving and it was a hit with the lemon lovers in the family! I think next time I make it, I'll use a little more lemon juice...I just like tarter lemon flavor. Glad I saw this recipe! Thanks! - 11/28/07
