Introduction

This was on the back of the Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw package. It called for a low-fat sesame ginger dressing...I used the Orange cranberry vinagrette I had in the pantry. The dressing is NOT included in the Nutritional Infomation as I may change the dressing next time... I thought about adding raisins or craisins, but decided I'd leave that up to my family...

According to nutritional info, this is 3 WW Points (without the dressing - be sure to calculate for that).

    Incredible!
Love this recipe. I make it and change the dressing to whatever I have. I also might put black beans and corn in it, instead of the oranges and chestnuts to give it more of a Mexican twist with a Southwest dressing. - 12/3/11
