    - Pineapple, fresh, 1 thin slice
    - Oatmeal, 1 tbsp
    - Honey, 1 tbsp
    - Celery, raw, 1 strip
    - Grapefruit, half fruit
    - Prickly pear, raw, half a piece
    - Kiwi Fruit, 1 fruit without skin
    - Water, 6 oz.


Chop everything and put it in the blender.
Blend to liquefy.

Makes 1 serving of about 8 oz.
