Introduction

I don't use tortilla chips or cheese for myself and love it that way. I do add those for my husband so you will have to add for that. This is great for a couple of days after. Ingredients

    3 C chicken 2 cans of fat free chicken broth
    2 tsp. olive oil 1 C chopped onion 3 cloves garlic 1/2-1T chili powder (as you like) 1/4 tsp cumin 1 C chunky salsa 1 C corn

Directions

Shred or cut in small pieces chicken and fry in olive oil. Add onions, garlic, and spices. Cook 2 minutes. Add broth, salsa and corn. Stir. Cover pot till boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook 10 minutes. You can crush tortilla chips in bottom of soup bowls. Ladle soup over the chips and sprinkle with grated cheese, sour cream, avocado or tomatoes. Be sure to add for those additional items but I love it without the cheese and chips.
