A little twist to your average salad. A little twist to your average salad.

    1 Large Tomato, Cut into 6 slices
    1/2 Large Red Onion, cut into 3 slices
    1/2 Cucumber, cut into 6 slices
    3oz Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 3 (1oz) slices
    3 Basil Leafs (optional)
    1/3 cup Vinaigrette (your choice, not included in nutritional facts)


Place 3 tomato slices on platter; top each with 1 cheese slice. Drizzle with half the dressing.

Top each stack with 1 onion slice, 2 cucumber slices and second tomato slice.

Drizzle with remaining dressing; top with basil
