Ingredients

    Southern Home Part Skim Ricotta Cheese, 1.75 cup
    Jello Sugar Free/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix (just mix) .25 pkg, 4 serving
    Horizon Organic 1% Milk, .5 cup

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in medium sized bowl with a mixer.. Divide into 4 serving dishes and top with fruit of your choice...

I have also used the white chocolate and lemon pudding mixes with yummy results too. Just remember that what brand ricotta and milk you use may change the calories. Just like if you use a regular pudding mix.

Calories don't include any fruit.

    Incredible!
    delicious! I didn't have enough ricotta, so I used 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of ricotta. It turned out really well, and I saved some calories that way. - 10/15/07

    I used fat free ricotta cheese, lemon flavoring and light soymilk( what I had on hand). I topped it w/ kiwi and a touch of cinnamon. Very good!!! - 7/27/07
