delicious! I didn't have enough ricotta, so I used 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of ricotta. It turned out really well, and I saved some calories that way.
I used fat free ricotta cheese, lemon flavoring and light soymilk( what I had on hand). I topped it w/ kiwi and a touch of cinnamon. Very good!!!
