    Caribbean Jerk seasoning
    1 whole -boneless skinless chicken breast
    1/4 Cup -plain yogurt
    1/8 Cup -chopped up mango
    1/8 Cup -chopped pineapple
    1/4 -finely chopped clove of garlic
    A Pinch of cilantro
    A drop of lemon juice
    some chopped up jalapeno pepper, cucumbers, onions etc


Season chicken and cook, once cooled slice chicken then mix yogurt chicken, cilantro, lemon juice, mango and pineapple together. Add more Caribbean jerk seasoning to add more spice!

I use more mango than pineapple, but thats because i love mango! I also use a lot of seasoning because I like it spicy, but this should all be adjusted to suit personal tastes.

Serve on lettuce, in a wrap, on top of crackers etc ... Enjoy!
