Ingredients

    3 tomatoes
    3 small jalapeƱos
    1 medium onion
    garlic powder
    salt
    pepper if you'd like
    cilantro is optional

Directions

Dice tomatoes, onions and jalapeƱos. Put it all in a bowl and season to taste with garlic powder, salt and you can add black pepper too if you'd like. It's so simple and so good. I serve it with baked Scoops. It will make about 4 servings.
