Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    9-inch ready-to-bake pie shell

    Filling:
    4 cups blackberries
    1 cup Splenda
    1/4 cup flour
    dash salt

    Topping:
    2 tbsp light margarine, melted
    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

Directions

Pour berries into pie shell.
Mix remaining filling ingredients.
Sprinkle over berries.
In a small bowl, mix topping ingredients until crumbly.
Sprinkle crumbs over top of berry mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

    Recipe was tried at a friends house and given to me. I made it for my family and they LOVED it! My husband is a diabetic and loves blackberries! A great and healthy dessert for him, me and the entire family! Great for potlucks too! - 3/13/07
