Ingredients

    1-15 oz can Eden Organic Black Beans, Undrained
    1-15 oz can Eden Organic Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
    1-15 oz can Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomatoes, with juice
    1-8 oz can Organic Tomato Sauce
    1 tbsp Organic Tomato Paste
    1 cup Organic Vegetable Broth
    1 cup Corn Kernels, frozen
    1 cup Peas & Carrots, frozen
    2 cups Kale, fresh, chopped
    1 cup Yellow Bell Pepper, diced
    1/2 cup Onion, diced
    1 tbsp Chili Powder
    1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1/8 tsp Cumin
    1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
    1 1/2 tsp Basil, dried
    1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning, dried
    1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Put all ingredients in a heavy bottom pot and cook for 1-2 hours. Serve alone or over brown rice, barley, quinoa, or however you like it!
