Ingredients

    1 (8 oz.) package pasta of your choice
    3 T. olive oil or margarine
    2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup milk
    9 oz. mozzarella cheese (cheddar for more hearty flavor)
    black pepper to taste
    12 oz. canned tuna, drained

Directions

Cook pasta according to directions on package; drain. In a large saucepan or skillet, saute vegetables and garlic in oil or margarine until crisp and tender. Stir in soup, milk, cheese, and pepper, stirring frequently until cheese is melted. Stir in pasta and tuna. Cook until heated through, 15 to 20 minutes.
