Ingredients

    *Orange Marmalade, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Orange Juice, .5 cup (remove)
    *Flour, white, 2.75 cup (remove)
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed (remove)
    Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 2 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

Beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
2Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3Blend in marmalade and set mixture aside.
4Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
5Add dry ingredients to butter mixture alternately with orange juice; stir in nuts.
6Pour into a greased and floured 9x5" loaf pan.
7Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until toothpick tests clean.
8Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.

    Good
    Where are the nuts?
    I used less sugar and home made Marmalade that tastes great but is too runny. Canola oil replaced Butter I appreciated the recipe. Pat in Maine.
