Really easy to make, this chicken is wonderful. Really easy to make, this chicken is wonderful.
Number of Servings: 3


    3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    1/2 cup orange juice
    Poultry Seasoning


Place chicken in small backing dish and season. Mix melted butter with orange juice. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with poultry seasoning. Bake 15 minutes at 350F. Turn and baste with juice mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes.

If you decided to use chicken piece with skin on them, bake the chicken at 350F for 15 minutes and then turn, baste, and broil the chicken for 15 minutes until skin is crisp and meat is tender.

    It wasnt Bad it just didnt have the flavor I like in chicken. My kids and I ate it however it is hard to find chicken breast in a packet 3 for 1lb. I also recommed that the recipe get more details on how it is made. Some unclear directions. - 6/26/07
