Ingredients



    1 lb.Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1 can Bush's, Black Beans
    2 cans diced tomatoes (chili flavored if available)
    1 can Spicy V8 Vegetable Juice
    1 stalk celery, raw, chopped
    1 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup chopped bell pepper
    Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped
    4 cups chicken broth,
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp
    Cumin, dried, ground, 2 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 2 tsp
    Salt, .75 tsp

Directions

Brown turkey until no longer pink. Saute onions, peppers, celery, and garlic until softened. Put in dutch oven and add, beans, tomatoes, chicken broth, V8, and seasonings and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium/low and simmer at least 30 minutes. It will be flavorful at 30 minutes, but an hour is even better if you have the time.
