    * *Flour, white, 1 3/4 cup (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Salt, 1/4 tsp (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, 2/3 cup, packed (remove)
    * *Pumpkin Pie spice, 1 1/4 (remove)
    * Orange Juice, 2/3 cup (remove)
    * *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/4 cup (remove)
    * Dates, 1/3 cup, pitted, chopped (remove)
    * Pecans, 1/3 cup, chopped (remove)


Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients well, add wet ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes until set. Serves 10.
