Ingredients


    1 cup low fat buttermilk
    1 cup low fat mayonnaise
    2 T onion, minced
    1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 t sugar
    1 T chopped fresh parsley
    1 T snipped fresh chives



Directions

Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and mix well.
Will keep in refrigerator for 1 to 2 days; shake well before using.
