Ingredients

    1 cup Brown Rice
    1 tsp Cant believe its not butter
    1 can Swansons Chicken Broth

Directions

Put rice in cassarole dish
boil broth and butter, pour directly over rice, stir
cover and bake for 1 hour. Fluff with fork for 5 min and serve.
