Ingredients

    1 pkg chicken breasts (4)
    12 oz dry wheat spaghetti
    1 can lowfat cream of chicken soup
    1 can lowfat cream of muchroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes with green chilis
    1 can low fat chicken broth
    6 oz lowfat Velveeta cheese

Directions

1. Boil the chicken, cut into bite size pieces
2. Cook the spaghetti per package directions
3. While the chicken and spaghetti are cooking, combine the soups, Ro-Tel and broth in a large mixing bowl
4. Add the cooked chicken and cooked spaghetti to the soup mixture and mix well
5. Dump the mixture into a 9x13 cake pan
6. Top with cut up Velveeta cheese

Cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for one hour

    Sounds like you could put everything in the crock pot and make the noodles when you get home. I'd skip the baking except for the leftovers. And agree with some other posters, adding your favorite spaghetti spices would provide Zip-tang! - 1/31/09

    My kids all ate it and liked it. I really liked it. My husband added garlic, pepper, and mozzerella cheese and said that that gave it more flavor. I will make it again, only with a little more spice. - 10/8/08
