Introduction
This Chex Mix is garenteed to be better then what you buy in the bag at the store! Recipe can also be halved but since this goes so fast in my home this will make alot!! Ingredients

Rice Chex Cereal, 6 cup
Corn Chex Cereal, 6 cup
Wheat Chex Cereal, 6 cup
Peanuts, all types, dry-roasted (with salt), 16 oz
PIK NIX Shoe String potato chips, 1.5 cup
Rold Gold Pretzel Sticks, 6 c
Kraft Cheese Nips (Nabisco), 12 oz
Margarine, hard, 3 stick
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 8 tsp
Garlic powder, 1.5 tbsp
Onion powder, 1 tbsp
Lawrys Seasoned Salt, 2tbls
A1 steak Sauce, 3 tbsp
Directions
preheat oven to 350 ( place rack in center of the oven
Mix together Cereals, Peanuts, PIK NIKs and cheese nips in large roaster set aside
in a sauce pan melt margarine, and stir in spices, steak sauce and worcestershire.
Pour one cup of melted margarine over chex mixture, cover with lid and shake well. Repeat this one cup at a time with remaining margarine.
Place roaster in oven uncovered for 15 mins. Cover and shake throughly, then place back in oven uncovered
Every 15 minutes for the next hour and 15 minutes remove from oven and shake. Mid-way threw taste test a few pieces to see if you need to add more seasonings!
Chex Mix is done when chex are golden brown and no longer wet. Can be served hot right from the oven!
