Introduction

Super easy to whip up if you have had a busy day! I even just make it the night before and pop it in the fridge for the next day! Super easy to whip up if you have had a busy day! I even just make it the night before and pop it in the fridge for the next day!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 Chicken Breasts - cooked and cut into cubes
    1 Can of Cream of Chicken Healthy Request
    1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Healthy Request
    8 oz. fat free sour cream
    6 oz. Pasta ( I used Rotini) - cooked and drained
    1 cup of 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
    ** I mixed 1 tablespoon of butter with one serving of wheat thins crushed up on top to give it a little texture, totally optional**

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350.

Cook chicken and cut into cubes

Cook pasta and drain

Mix everything together but the wheat thins in a big bowl.

Pour into a 9x13 baking dish.

**Optional - crush up a serving of wheat thins or wheat ritz and mix with a tablespoon of melted healthy butter (I used Smart Squeeze) and sprinkle on top.**

Put into the oven and bake for 25-30 min.
