Ingredients

    3 cups dried mixed beans
    10 cups chicken stock
    linguisa or other sausage 3 sausages
    4 cups diced tomatoes
    garlic
    1 onion
    3 stalks celery
    2 carrots
    1 package frozen spinach

Directions

soak beans overnight, chop onions, celery, carrots and sausage into bit size pieces

Add ingredients w/ broth and season to taste.

    Very Good
    I don't really like cooked spinach but the rest sounds good. - 1/26/10
