Ingredients

6 oz Salmon Fillet
4 tbsp Kraft Light Parmesan Asiago Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 tsp Horseradish Mustard
1 cup of fresh green beans (or fresh-frozen alternative)
1 cup of fresh broccoli florets (or fresh-frozen alternative)
Ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Cut salmon into 2 3-oz pieces.
Mix together the vinaigrette and the mustard together. Spread over the salmon. Put the salmon in a microwave safe 1 quart dish and steam the fish (lightly covered) in the microwave on high for 4 minutes. Remove salmon from the dish and set aside.
In the same dish, put in the vegetables and steam (lightly covered) in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Put the fish back in the dish with the vegetables and serve.
