    1 lb smoked turkey sausage (cut into 1/4 inch pieces)
    8oz bow tie pasta
    2 tsp of minced garlic
    2 tbsp butter (I can't believe it's not butter)
    1.5 cups of fat free milk
    1 tbsp cornstarch
    1.5 cups of sugar snap peas
    1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (red fat)


Prepare pasta according to package.
While pasta cooks, saute the smoked sausage and minced garlic in butter substitute.
Combine the cornstarch and milk until smooth.
Gradually add the milk and cornstarch to the sausage and garlic.
Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly and cooking approximately 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium.
Drain pasta and add to the sausage mixture.
Add snow peas and cheddar cheese.
Cook until the cheddar cheese is melted.
Makes 4 servings.
