Ingredients

    1.5 heads of iceberg lettuce, washed and ripped into bite sized pieces
    1 T. olive oil
    3 T. Kraft parmesan cheese
    2 diced and cooked chicken breasts
    6 T. Ken's light caesar dressing
    1 t. garlic - finely chopped
    .25 t. ground savory spice
    1 dash ground pepper
    1 t. onion powder


Directions

Dice and saute chicken breast, garlic, and spice in the olive oil. Pour into a bowl and place in the refrigerator for 30 min. to chill.

In a large bowl, rip up 1. 5 large heads of lettuce. Toss in parmesan. Add chilled chicken. Toss in Ken's light Caesar dressing. Can be served with butter and fresh, crunchy bread. Great for a summer lunch or dinner. Makes 5 large servings.
