Ingredients

    1 box Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    1 Can Tomato Sauce (29 oz.)
    1 Bell Pepper (Green)
    1/2 White Onion
    1/2 Carolina Turkey (1 lb.)


Directions

Boil spaghetti as instructed on box.
Brown the ground turkey in a skillet on medium low heat.
Chop the onion and bell pepper and mix into the tomato sauce.
Once meat is brown, mix with tomato sauce along with spices in pot on low heat.

Makes 7 1-cup servings
