Ingredients

    1 Low Carb Tortilla
    3 ounces grilled boneless skinless chicken breast
    3 tbps onions, sliced
    1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
    1/2 medium tomato, sliced
    2 tbsp Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce
    1 tbsp Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch Dressing

Directions

Grill up chicken breast and slice into strips. Warm wrap to make it flexible, then place chicken in wrap and RedHot Sauce and ranch dressing over the chicken. Place onions, lettuce and tomato on and enjoy!

Makes one wrap.
