Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 - 1/2lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 cup Delmonte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
    10 Medium Baby Carrots
    1 cup sliced onion
    Italian Seasoning Blend
    1 cup Noodles
    1 cup water

Directions

Sprinkle both sides of chicen breasts with Italian Seasoning. Brown well on both sides. Add water to the pan drippings. Add tomatoes with juice, carrots and onions. Let simmer till chicken is done. Carrots will still be crunchy, that is how I like it. You can cook them longer if you prefer. Serve over 1/2 cup of noodles. Serves 2
