Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 package Pasta (1 tbsp butter optional - minus 40 calories, 5 grams fat, 1g sat fat and 50mg sodium)

    2 portions chicken
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp sage, ground
    1/4 tsp thyme, flakes
    1/4 tsp oregano, ground

Directions

Warm skillet on medium heat. Spray librally with cooking spray once heated.

Mix dry ingredients (minus pasta pack) in small bowl and sprinkle over both sides of chicken.

Cook chicken for 7 minutes per side, longer according to thickness of breast.

In saucepan bring 2 cups of water and 1 tbsp butter to boil. Add pasta and continue to boil for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and continue to cook until sauce has thickened. Remove from heat and let cool until sauce is desired thickness.

Makes 2 servings.

    Very Good
    Not one of our favorites, but it's definately an option for those days of "what-else-do-we-have". Chicken is still moist and cuts with a fork. - 6/9/07
