Ingredients

    2 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
    1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
    1 C. Skim milk
    4 eggs
    1 small loaf french bread, cut into cubes

Directions

Spray 2 qt. casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place bread cubes in casserole. Beat soup, milk and eggs, add cheese. Pour over bread. Place in fridge 4 hours or overnight. Heat oven to 350 and bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
