Thick and creamy enough to eat with a spoon. Thick and creamy enough to eat with a spoon.

    1 c fat free plain yogurt
    1 c skim milk
    9 oz unsweetened frozen strawberries (not thawed)
    1 tbs unsweetened powdered cocoa


Place all ingedients in blender and blend until well mixed
Pour into two glasses.

  • Fantastic! I got brave and added some vanilla, and caramel extract, and a tsp of sugar free chocolate syrup!It was FABULOUS! - 8/6/12

  • This was pretty good, although my mom and I had a few additions. We added bananas, vanilla, oatmeal, and a packet of Truvia to make it sweeter and thicker. Also, my mom found this yogurt that had 22 grams of protein in a 6 oz serving which we used. It's called Skyr. - 8/30/11
