Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Beef Broth
    1 can Diced Tomatoes in Tomato Juice
    1 small can of Diced Carrots (drained)
    1 can Green Beans (drained)
    5 small potatoes diced
    1 lb pork chops - cut into small pieces
    1/2 cup mushrooms cut into pieces
    1/2 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup diced peppers
    2 cloves garlic - minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 cup water

Directions

Cut the pork into small pieces and season with salt and pepper

Put all ingredients except the carrots and green beans into a slow cooker on low and cook for 4 hours, turn up to high and add the carrots and green beans and cook for 2 hours.

Serve over brown rice (not included in nutritional info)
