Introduction

This spice blend makes for yummy tacos! I serve mine with lettuce bibs, black beans, chopped tomatoes, corn and shredded cheddar (soft shell flour tortillas for the kiddos!) Ingredients

    1 pound ground turkey
    1 TBSP chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. sea salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 cup water

Directions

1. Over medium high heat brown the ground turkey, stirring to crumble.
2. While meat is browning, combine all spices and set aside.
3. Once meat is cooked through, add 1/2 cup of water and spice blend stirring to combine. Cook over medium to low heat until most of the liquid is absorbed, 5-10 minutes.
4. Serve with your favorite toppings!
