this is my favorite way to eat eggs. this is my favorite way to eat eggs.

Ingredients

    3/4 c. egg substitute
    1 serving mezzetta sundried tomato
    1 c. fresh spinach leaves
    1 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
    Cooking spray

Directions

1. Spray skillet with cooking spray.
2. Add egg substitute, sundried tomatoes and spinach.
3. Cook all ingredients until desired doneness.
4. Add feta cheese. Enjoy!
