    1 cup tofu
    2 Tablespoons chopped scallion
    1/4 cup veg broth
    1/4 cup bread crumbs
    2 Tablespoons minced nuts
    3 Tablespoons dry instant mashed potatoes
    1/4 tsp lemon juice


Combine all, mashing tofu thoroughly.

Form into patties and bake on a greased pan for 30 minutes.

  • I did use oatmeal in place of breadcrumbs and a real potato instead of instant flakes. I would like to try again and add more spices - 6/13/07
