Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, boneless, and skinless, 4 oz/
    Soy Sauce, .25 cup
    Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 0.5 cup

Directions

NOTE: While this serves 1, just repeat recipe with each individual chicken thigh to make as any as you like.

Marinade chicken thigh in pineapples with juice and soy sauce.

Grill thigh on hottest part of the grill on each side for about a minute. Turn down heat (or move to cooler part of the grill) and grill until internal temp reaches 160 degrees. Baste with remaining marinade.

Makes 1 thigh.
